3fixes will provide you with support services that are applicable to the Software Product. Use of any such support services is governed by 3fixes policies discussed in online documentation and/or other 3fixes documentation.

Any additional software code or related information that 3fixes provides you as part of support services is to be considered part of the Software Product and is dependent on the terms and conditions of this EULA.

Any technical information that you provide to 3fixes with respect to support services can be used by 3fixes for business purposes without restriction, including for product support and development. 3fixes will not use such technical information in any manner that can personally identify you.
